Apphance
Apphance started as an internal tool at Polidea, a service for instant, accurate and complete testing of mobile applications. It was spined-off in 2011 so that other companies could benefit from it. It was licensed and used by Facebook during their transition from web to mobile-first in 2012.
Applause (then uTest) acquired Apphance on August 15th, 2012. The transaction resulted in setting up Applause Warsaw office which soon became the company second-largest engineering team.
